this worked on ford escort 1998 so works for more cars ford lincon mercury this remote is from mercury works they charge u like 80 but this works and its in cars mannual can u belive that

Dude. Kick ass! you just saved me so much trouble. I though I had to go to the dealer. My remote stopped working. Changed out the battery. Still didnt work. Tried this method, worked perfectly. Thanks a bunch!!!
